Refund & Return Policy
1. Damaged items during shipping: Please send clear photos of broken teapots within 7 days after receiving the package. We offer free reshipment or full refund for damaged goods.
2. Unused, undamaged teapots support return within 14 days after delivery. The buyer needs to cover return shipping fees.
3. Custom handmade Zisha teapots without quality defects cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. All refunds will be completed within 3-7 working days after we receive returned items.
